Forgehand ("we", "us") is a UK-based AI automation service. This notice explains what personal data we collect through forgehand.ai, why, and what your rights are. We've kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the date and time you signed up. That's all. We don't use analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

Our website is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about Forgehand's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. We won't sell your email address or share it with third parties for marketing, and we won't add you to any other mailing list.

Where it's stored

Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage, which may replicate data across Cloudflare's global network, including outside the UK. Cloudflare provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers under UK GDPR.

How long we keep it

Until we've launched and finished our early-access communications, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we'll action it promptly — for waitlist removal, usually the same day. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
